Add jonasjelonek and plappermaul as OpenWrt members

Hi all,

I’d like to add two developers to the OpenWrt team and hereby start a vote. Both jonasjelonek and plappermaul did massive improvements to the Realtek target, adding plenty of switches. Who isn’t familiar with their work can see a long list here:
