zorun as a new member

Baptiste (zorun) help a lot with the service releases and maintenance of the stable branches. I think he can help us in the maintenance of stable branches and project management. I talked with him on IRC and he would like to join OpenWrt. He did not contribute many changes to master, but wrote the last release notes for the service releases and took care to get an overview what should get fixed.
